Restaurant Lo Spedalicchio has been in business since 1982, the year of the entire accommodation is open, and since then has always maintained the same directive management.
Tradition, authenticity and creativity are the principles that guide our chefs and inspire the creation of dishes in absolute harmony with the Assisano territory and Perugino. In our kitchen everything starts from the selection of the best ingredients including homemade pasta with flour selected the “Senatore Cappelli” and sourdough bread.

Restaurant Lo Spedalicchio has two rooms: the main one is the “Sala Eugeni” and houses a 80-seat, with vaulted ceilings and facades, red tiled floors. To beautify the room the presence of a large fireplace, strictly lit in winter. The second, called “Priori Hall” can comfortably accommodate about 70 seats.
The restaurant Lo Spedalicchio is the perfect place to take a “step back in time” to rediscover the simplicity of a traditional cuisine in a warm and healthy intimacy amidst the historic walls of the castle.
Among our suggestions: flan with porcini mushrooms, gnocchi with gorgonzola pink, veal tenderloin with pecorino cheese and truffle, trifle … not the usual, and much more to discover.
